The new HS2 Interchange station is being built on the triangle of land between the M42, A45 Coventry Road and A452 Chester Road near the N.E.C. There is going to be a big development, known as Arden Cross, on this site including up to 3,000 new homes. We will continue to campaign for many of those new homes to be affordable to address the needs of North Solihull, and not just expensive apartments for people to commute quickly to London.
